BROKEN MOTOR MOUNT 2010 Civic Coupe we bought as a Used Certified Honda several years ago. Noticed vibrations when placing car in reverse. Had a broken motor mount. Because car was bought as Used Certified warranty was extended and totally covered all expenses. Excellent service. Excellent work. Tires were not properly inflated and warning light was still on. Pulled backed into Customer Service Area and tires were immediately inflated to proper pressure. No hassles! More

Each time the service department has listened to my concerns, maintained a friendly atmosphere even when I was not pleasant due to my frustration of it taking so long to find a fix.
