Very disappointed in the Service I received. I was given my Inspection Checklist after my oil change. The Service Advisor told me by the report my rear brakes needed to be replaced. The cost is around $250 Don't wait to long because if you get to the calipers it will cost substantially more. I learned from the last dealer told me this I took my vehicle to someone I could trust. I was told that the rear brakes are good for another 20,000 miles. My recommendation is find someone you can trust. It will save you thousands of dollars. More

Took my Odyssey in for scheduled maintenance. I received a cost estimate and the time it would take. Went to the customer waiting room with my dog; I love dog friendly companies. The customer area has a huge selection of complimentary hot and cold drinks and snacks, including homemade cookies. My car was ready at the estimated time, and the cost was spot on. If you want a Honda, this is a great dealership. No pressure, easy negotiation, and no packing. We've bought three new Hondas here, and when it becomes time to buy another, we'll be back. We live in Springfield, but the drive to Peoria is well worth our time. This is an A+ dealership. More

I recently had to buy a new crv after mine was totaled in an accident. My new car began experiencing issues after only a few months being driven. It took three times for them to figure out the issues and fix an accident. My new car began experiencing issues after only a few months being driven. It took three times for them to figure out the issues and fix it properly. During this time and because of this reason, I was in an out of work for a few weeks, sick from the stress and inconvenience and had 3 different loaner vehicles. During the last week of my car being fixed the loaner vehicle was damaged. When the dealership was informed of the damage it was handled but I wish I felt more positive about the situation. I feel that the service department does their job and handles their customers well. What I feel negatively about was how I felt talked down to and felt treated like a child. Information was not necessarily provided to me easily and I felt like I had to get others involved to get the answers I needed. This has been a horrible situation and chain of events that should have never happened to begin with. I don't feel as if any of them are bad people but it felt condescending the way I was spoke to and treated in some instances, and I wish I felt more positive about the experience. More

Amazing experience My Honda Civic had a factory issue wherein the AC compressor was faulty and I had to suffer with no air and 90 degree temps. They put me on a list to get the repair done, because there was a nationwide shortage of the parts due to Covid closing down the parts manufacturer. I received a call from BLH that the part had come in way earlier than they told me! I was thrilled to get the service work done and be driving in cool comfort! Way to go, BLH! More
