My CRV(2015) wouldn't start. I jumped it to ensure that it was just a battery issue and nothing wrong with the starter/ignition. Excellent service as always, but I'm disappointed that the needed repair is not under warranty. For the cable to break when the vehicle has only 14,200 miles on it doesn't seem right to me. Setting up appointment was cumbersome. I was transferred to a technician from service person when I first called and had to leave message for him to call me back. He did not return call. I believe problem was initially missed diagnosed and the car was there from Tuesday morning until Thursday afternoon. When we returned a call from service, we left message for her and again no return call. My wife happened to be in Peoria on Wednesday morning and had to stop by to find out that we had further issues. It does appear that once the problem was diagnosed it was fixed properly. Also, we appreciate that you were able to get a portion of work covered under warranty. The people listed below from service do not look familiar.
