treated so rudely long story short and to the point,the 2013 pilot was suppose to be certified and the windshield had 4-5 chips in it that we didn't see till later ca long story short and to the point,the 2013 pilot was suppose to be certified and the windshield had 4-5 chips in it that we didn't see till later cause there ws dew all over car so they told me they wouldn't put a new windsheild in it,keep in mind its suppose to be certified,wich by the way they arnt suppose to sell the car that way,2.they were telling my 2014 impala was worth nothing pretty much cause of being a rental and 1 owner keep in mind they said it was in mint condition with not 1 scratch or ding or rock chip in it, low milage so I said prove to me this car is only worth that little amount..so he pulls up impalas on the internet but guess what IT WAS WHAT MY CAR WAS WORTH AT A AUCTION,YA HE THOUGHT I was stupid then he pulls up the old body style instead of mine wich is the new style and told me the old style was worth more..Then I saw the pilot was touched up with this milky white paint that didn't even match and it was infront to so, with the windshield and the front bumper all scratched I said I didn't want it,then he said other Honda dealers don't get along I would have to drive their to have anything fixed,and I needed to hurry cause he could of sold another car and im taking to long I have one thing to say..... SHYSTERS,LIARS,AND RUDE..STAY AWAY FOUND MY WHITE PILOT UP NORTH AND TREATED WITH RESPECT WITH A WELL TAKEN Honda pilot...by the way its a white 2013 pilot stay away from it hasn't been taken care of. Honda of grand is the place to go..ask for keith..really there all great.the rude salesman is jeff,he wont even negotiate with his boss ..terrible experience how could you lie to people like that ......ya and other people were there waiting for the car If I didn't want it..lol sure they were,,sly move..can you say snake More

great service I talked to Brenda in service yesterday morning (9/15/15) when my brakes acted up. She had a full schedule but promised to work me in. When I got there she offered me a loaner. it was a 2015 Honda crv and I fell in love with it. I called her back and she put me in touch with Jeff Sullivan who got the ball rolling before I could get back. He was very patient and helped me find a car I could feel comfortable with and unloaded all my stuff from my old Honda into my brand new one. He spent a lot of time with me to acquaint me with the rear camera and blue tooth. He explained the owners manual would be on the cd and offered to help me with any questions that may come up. Many people made this possible. Outstanding Service We live in the Joliet area and started our family vacation when our Odassy's air conditioning stopped working. We called 2 dealerships close to I55 and were told no time and unwilling to look at our van. We called this dealership that was 45 minutes out our way. Ben Ross, the asst manager took our call, met us at the dealership, and had us back on the road in 20 minutes. we were lucky it was only a fuse. The Peoria area is lucky to have this dealership! Emily Norris was great to deal with and really went above and beyond to make sure I was thrilled with the car. For example, even after going through detailing, there were parts that were still pretty visibly dirty. I asked if someone would be able to clean it more thoroughly, and Emily did it herself because no one else was available. Matt Szidon went on the test drive with me and was really knowledgeable and nice to work with. If I lived in Peoria I'd definitely return to Bob Lindsay, and even though I live in St Louis I'll check out their inventory the next time I'm in the market. More
