It was nothing crucial but I was at first concerned that it would take a lot of extra time. Instead the waiting time was a lot shorter than I expected. Also, the waiting room is a very pleasant area with a place you can talk on the phone without bothering others. Also, I appreciate the nice selection of magazines, the friendly face at the refreshment counter, and the knowledge of my service technician, Steele. Honda does customer service very well. It is a nice change of pace to talk to people who make eye contact and smile. Thank you! More

My sister was totally floored by how nice the service area and waiting areas are. I was so proud of my Honda dealership! Service I went in for a regular oil change. I asked them to check my windshield wipers and complete the 21 point maintenance. I also told them that I noticed I went in for a regular oil change. I asked them to check my windshield wipers and complete the 21 point maintenance. I also told them that I noticed that my steering wheel shook when I used my breaks at high-speed.. They told me my rotors we're worn and gave me the option of having them build up which I chose to do. I took the car over the weekend for a longer trip and was very happy with the work. More
