Very disappointed in the Service I received. I was given my Inspection Checklist after my oil change. The Service Advisor told me by the report my rear brakes needed to be replaced. The cost is I was given my Inspection Checklist after my oil change. The Service Advisor told me by the report my rear brakes needed to be replaced. The cost is around $250 Don't wait to long because if you get to the calipers it will cost substantially more. I learned from the last dealer told me this I took my vehicle to someone I could trust. I was told that the rear brakes are good for another 20,000 miles. My recommendation is find someone you can trust. It will save you thousands of dollars. More

I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. Our salesman Jeff Sullivan went out of his way to help us find the perfect car. We had recently had a car accident and needed a car quickly. We had to work with the insurance and had many things up in the air. Jeff was patient, kind and knowledgeable. We were able to purchase a car with in a week and in time to go on our family vacation. Tammy Boyd our finance person was also friendly, kind and not pushy. She really worked with us to get us the loan that we needed. And on the way out I noticed my new car had a low tire. I asked if I could fill it there and the attendants not only put air in my tire but asked the tech person to check it for nails just in case even though the service area had just closed. This is the kind of place that I would always want to return to. This dealership is amazing and in a tough time it was a bright sunny place for us to just relax and buy a car. On a side note the attendant Myken (Not sure if the name is right) at the waiting cafe area chatted with my autistic teenager and made her feel really special. Thank to everyone at Bob Lindsey Honda. You are doing this right! More

Recently purchased a 2022 Civic EX. My salesman kept my up to date on the status of my order. Even with the car shortage issue, they will not mark up beyond MSRP as many dealers are.
