We purchased a new (used) vehicle from JanetH for our son. The entire experience was very quick and easy. Went in because my tire pressure light was on. I didn't have an appointment. they found the problem, and since I had an upcoming oil change appointment, they offered to go ahead and do the servi I didn't have an appointment. they found the problem, and since I had an upcoming oil change appointment, they offered to go ahead and do the service that day. They also found that a low beam headlight was out and repaired that also. This saved me from coming in again later in the week. Service department seems good. I’ve only used them once so far. I was surprised at how far out you need to book something simple like an oil change, but once my appointment occurre I’ve only used them once so far. The reason for only 4 stars is because Service Department was only able to fix 2 of 3 recalls. Will have to schedule another appointment to have final recall fixed.
