Had a routine oil change and tire rotation. The technician found a shard of glass in my tire. Had that fixed also thanks to his inspection. All people were friendly and helpful. My service was an unscheduled appointments. I had 2 very flat tires, and had my vehicle towed to Bob Lindsey Honda. I called to make them aware that my vehicle was on its way there. The service I had 2 very flat tires, and had my vehicle towed to Bob Lindsey Honda. I called to make them aware that my vehicle was on its way there. The service dept. staff was very understanding of my situation. They welcomed the service I needed. They were able to check out my tires within an hour of drop off. It was late afternoon, but they helped me out right away! I got an estimate right away. I was able to use their helpful shuttle service the next morning, to pick up my van. Service estimate for my 2 new tires was right on target. Staff all around was so helpful and kind! More

My CRV(2015) wouldn't start. I jumped it to ensure that it was just a battery issue and nothing wrong with the starter/ignition. Called the dealer where all of my servicing takes I jumped it to ensure that it was just a battery issue and nothing wrong with the starter/ignition. Excellent service as always, but I'm disappointed that the needed repair is not under warranty. For the cable to break when the vehicle has only 14,200 miles on it doesn't seem right to me.
