One thing I wish the dealership did was after washing the car, they dry it off. I bring my own chamois to dry the car as I don't want the finish to have water spots. This is just one minor issue but other than this the service department is great. More

Purchase of 2017 MDX Hybrid My wife and I needed a replacement vehicle as we had sold our 2006 MDX to our nephew. We already owned a 2012 MDX & decided we wanted to see what the My wife and I needed a replacement vehicle as we had sold our 2006 MDX to our nephew. We already owned a 2012 MDX & decided we wanted to see what the competition had to offer. As a reference point, we did drive a 2017 MDX first. We then drove a BMW X5, an Audi Q5, a Cayenne, a Mercedes 450 GLS & looked at, but did not drive, a Mercedes GLE & GLC, an Audi Quattro & an Audi A6 "hatchback". We decided that based on the good experience we've had with our two MDX's, that we'd buy another one. On the day that I went to place the order, a new MDX Hybrid happened to be on display. I asked to drive it & took it home for my wife to see. She was as smitten as I was & I went back to the dealership to negotiate. We arrived at a satisfactory number & took delivery the next day. We haven't explored all that our MDX has to offer, but what we've found so far has either met or exceeded our expectations. More

The service technicians took a look & suggested a 105,000 mile major service along with a new battery. We agreed to split the cost of approximately $1600.00. He's happy. More

Dusty had an RDX waiting for me to drive for as long as I needed while the part was ordered and the repair complete. My car was ready sooner than expected, other regular maintenance was done as well! Don in service completed my service manual and I drove away with full confidence my car was again in top condition! Everyone I've ever dealt with at the dealership has always gone above and beyond to make sure all my needs or concerns are met! I will definitely purchase another MDX from Bob Lindsay! More
