Since I was the one taking the car to the dealership, it was great to be given a very nice loaner so that I didn't have to wait for the car to be done. No charge & free wash. They even replaced the front license plate frame that was broken and straightened the license plate. Also no charge. Thanks guys....great customer service. :) More

Due to our issues, not the dealership we were late getting there and didn't drive home with the new car but we did come down the following Saturday and got the job done. I gave the dealership some up front information and by the time I came to pick the vehicle up almost everything was done. I was out of there in a very short time. Both the salesperson and finance person were extremely easy to work with and I was out of there in short order (just what I expect and want).
