Noise in rear of SUV = shocks? Called the service department and Mark said it’d be best if I brought the car in to have it diagnosed to pinpoint the issue. In their normal oil change (which we did at their suggestion rather than have me come back soon) check of the car, they also discovered my battery was on it’s last legs and suggested they replace it, as well as a filter in the cabin. Well, I’m so glad they did. I live in Bloomington and it saved me a trip. Without knowing the battery was low, I could have been caught out on the road in trouble. They took such good car of me, and I appreciate it. It is a great place to buy and service a car. More
