A great no hassle experience. I did not receive any "horrible" treatment like the other reviews listed below. I was at the dealership for a reasonable amount of time. Picked out an accord, test drove it, negotiated price and out of the finance department under two hours. I will be back to this dealership because of the great experience with the process alone. Response to the comment before mine about not ever getting a call back from the salesperson. If you wanted the car why didn't you go to the dealership to buy it instead of waiting around for a call back? Obviously someone was AT THE DEALERSHIP to buy it. You snooze you lose. More
Horrible customer service. We were approved, picked out a car, and called at 10am to say that we would be in to sign the deal. The sales team did not call us back, so we called again at noon. The guy sai a car, and called at 10am to say that we would be in to sign the deal. The sales team did not call us back, so we called again at noon. The guy said that the message was given, but our sales person was still busy. Still no call- called once more at 1:30pm and found out they sold the car out from under us at 12:30pm. We received no apology and there was no hint of customer service. I am in a customer service field, and I know that the first thing I would do is try to correct the error and sell the clients another car. It was basically "we don't want your business". All because they probably made more money off the person who ended up buying the car. More
I have been bitten more than once by this dealership. Sales and service. Dont ask me why I went back after having a bad experience once. The dealership is very close to my house and I am usually very bus Sales and service. Dont ask me why I went back after having a bad experience once. The dealership is very close to my house and I am usually very busy with work 6 days a week. I had a bad sales experince with the dealership salesperson telling me that everything was right with my vechicle when clearly the aloghnment was way off. I went there twice to fix it but they kept telling me that their service ppl are certified and they know better. Only a call to Honda USA made them check it again and yes, the alignment was way off. For the regular maintainence they have a habit of checking off stuff on their cheklist without bothering to actually having a look at the car. this has happened to me twice on two seperate visits. Had to take the car in for servicing within a week of regular scheduled maintainence. And most of their service people know less than you about your car troubles if you take 30 minutes to google the problem. Do yourself a favor, stay away from Beaverton Honda if you can. More
Beaverton Honda Express is an oxymoron. They are really slow. They took 1.5 hours to change my tire. The tire change only took 20 minutes. They waited an hour to change it. The paperwork was messed up wast slow. They took 1.5 hours to change my tire. The tire change only took 20 minutes. They waited an hour to change it. The paperwork was messed up wasting more time. I was lured into this dealership with false information that I was given over the phone by a sales person named Nathan, whom no longer works there. (probably due to the flaming review of him that I gave to that I was given over the phone by a sales person named Nathan, whom no longer works there. (probably due to the flaming review of him that I gave to AHC over the phone.) He told me that there was a special price on the S2000 that they had been running in the newspaper and that I should come in and he'd get me in at that price. I went by there a couple of times and talked to him, looked at their color selection... yada yada. Everything seemed cool. :::until I sat down to make the deal::: After going to his sales manager to get me their first "offer" he comes back and says "Sorry but the sale is over, the price of the car is actually $4000 more than I quoted you" I was pissed. I should have walked away, but I wanted the car so bad I could taste it. So I said that I would not pay a penny more than the sale price I was quoted... he goes back to his manager, comes back to us apologizing, "oh I'm sorry, it looks like we are still offering the sale price..." BS, what a liar, trying to rip me off. Finally got through the sales process, got the price I wanted, got the car with a couple accessories. Went back 2 weeks later to get the accessories installed on the car, and this is when I really decided I'd never be coming back... they got white paint dust all over the outside of the car from their painting booth, and even got it on the interior. There was dust all over the drivers seat (all leather), the door, steering column, and the pedals. They scratched up the leather on the center console, and left oily foot prints on my floor mats, which are BRIGHT RED, as the car has red carpet. What horrible service, they don't even respect you when you buy the most expensive car they sell. I hate to speak in absolutes, but I can say pretty soundly that I will never buy a car from them again. More
I thought I got a good deal.... and did not realize got ripped off until I saw my loan statement. Here is the story: I baught an odyssy(EX-L 2005) and the deal made to buy the car for $29.5k. With full t ripped off until I saw my loan statement. Here is the story: I baught an odyssy(EX-L 2005) and the deal made to buy the car for $29.5k. With full trust we signed all the papers not looking at the numbers. Later I got the statement from my Lender for $890 more! I called up the dealership and they say; you signed the papers. We included extra security system; this is the standard at our dealership. Despite the bad record of this dealership; I made the purchase here. I would not recommend this dealership for any one. More
