I was treated like royalty. For someone who has been treated bad by almost all transactions I have ever had getting a car, this was a surprise. The salesperson and manager were straight forward and honest about what they could do for me and worked hard to get me a deal that no one else would. We went in to find out our end-of-lease options. We were especially concerned about the financial issues and were given information promptly. Once it became clear that we were seriously thinking about leasing a new Prius, we were introduced to Doc Wade and shown several new models. We took a test drive. Throughout this process Doc was informative, friendly and enthusiastic. We never felt pressured. When it came time to discuss the cost of the lease, I made it clear that we would not go beyond a certain price because we're on a budget. We were given three options - one obviously way too high. I get that part - it makes the others look more reasonable. When we were finally able to get closer we were able to reach an acceptable compromise. The entire process was cordial, respectful and relatively painless. There was another issue about the potential problem with an automatic key and my husband's Pacemaker.(Turned out it was not a problem, but we didn't discover that until the next day.) We were impressed that several people became involved and concerned, including a technician named Paul who made a point of explaining the issue to us. All in all we found our experience to be a positive one and would certainly recommend this dealership, and especially Doc Wade. More
I loved our sales help as Dennis was very knowledgable on makes and models of the cars he was showing us. He answered ALL our questions and when he didn't know an answere himself (he was new to selling cars) makes and models of the cars he was showing us. I had a bad headache by the time we were into negotations so didn't feel good enough to fight the price more than I did but they had more room to give me I am sure. More

I walked into this dealership only going to test drive a car. I had bought a car from Landmark Ford and after getting treated with such disrespect I decided to take back my car and go elsewhere. However, when I looked at the price of the car, it was too high. After test driving the vehicle, I fell in love with not only the car, but the amount of respect I was given as well. They were able to work with me on price as well as making my payments reasonable as well. Working with Jeff Holley was the best experience. After I bought the car I had problems with the name printed on my insurance. Since I bought this car on a weekend, State Farm wasn't open. Jeff called State Farm tons of times, even called his friend to come give me a quote from Farmers. I've never had someone care so much about seeing me leave the dealership with a smile on my face. I can now say that Jeff, along with the other people at this dealership are now my friends. I have such a high amount of respect for them and if I ever need a new car I know they will be my first stop. More
We purchased a new Honda Civic today. The whole experience was great, from picking out the color, reviewing the options, and the final price we paid. I really appreciated the helpfulness of all three of the guys I named above. I took me 2 tries to get the right wiper blades, because I needed more than just inserts. First Ken came out to install the ins guys I named above. I took me 2 tries to get the right wiper blades, because I needed more than just inserts. First Ken came out to install the inserts, but they wouldn't work in my after market blades. Then Derrick installed the right wiper blades for me. Both Ken & Derrick dropped what they were doing and came out quickly to help me, and were friendly too. ECHIVERS in the parts dept. was very helpful and friendly also. It could be said that -- willing workers work wonders for wipers! More

I visited Beaverton Honda shortly after I had visited a few other local honda dealer ships ( Jay Lees, Larry MIller AND Parker Johnstone) and I was amazed at the service that Beaverto after I had visited a few other local honda dealer ships ( Jay Lees, Larry MIller AND Parker Johnstone) and I was amazed at the service that Beaverton Honda provided (unlike the others), especially the young and daring Andrew Cantwell. He has changed my whole perspective on purchasing a new vehicle. Every other dealership treated me horribly and some completely ignored me! I was able to walk around the lot with Andrew and felt little pressure. He answered all of my questions with his excellent knowledge of all the Honda product. Even though the coffee at the dealership wasn't up to par, Andrew gladly took me for the test drive and made a special stop at Starbucks for me. Once we got back, what I thought was the scary part of the buying process was coming up, the negotiation. To my surprise it was very easy because of all the information Andrew had provided me once I got there. He had given me an up front discount to what I thought was more than fair and I was very Happy. As we were waiting for finance, Andrew gave me a full tour of his Service Department where I met the Advisor and got a free oil change! I will never buy another car from anywhere but Beaverton Honda as long as Andrew Cantwell is still working there. You can consider me an Andrew Cantwell customer for life. More
