The customer service with the sell reps. was good and I like the visitor lounge with cookies and coffee but the service department sucks. They act like they Don't want to do any work and keep acting like t like the visitor lounge with cookies and coffee but the service department sucks. I was told that I would get my car cleaned for free and sodimized and everytime I spoke to the service department they would not make me a scheduled date to come by and I could just tell they were not willing to help me. If they don't want to do their job they need to find a new one. More

They gave me a better deal for the white one they had on the lot than the red one they would have to get from another dealer. At some other dealerships I felt overwhelmed and almost harrassed by the sales people, but David made me feel like I was speaking with approachable. I came in with numbers already in my head, and what they offered me was more than expected from the price of the car to the trade in for my car. Very smooth transaction.
