Tammy was extremely friendly! We did spend more time than we wanted to close the deal and get the car, but that seems to be the norm with any car dealership these days. Very rarely am I impressed or even satisfied with car salespersons. I am not one who enjoys the negotiating or playing the game of working your way to the best price, etc. However, I was very pleased by salespersons. He listened to what I was looking for and what I wanted. He then worked with management to identify a vehicle that was within my peramiters and met the specifications that I had provided. There was no attempt to push me into something a bit more expensive. Everyone there was helpful and courteous and I ended up purchasing a good car at a fair price. The folks at Bob King Mazda were extremely helpful.. I started looking at the CX5 last summer. I went in a number of times to check out the car to see if it was what I wanted.
