He is very kind, respectful, composed, and has an exceptional amount of knowledge about the car you're interested in buying. He and Michael Stokes, the Hyundai New Car Manager, made sure that there was no pressure on me as a customer, and I was very comfortable throughout the entire car-buying process. Overall, Bob King Automotive Group deserves a full five-star rating because of its sales and management team. The reason the overall experience was rated only 'good' was because I wanted the "glasscoat" and the extra warranty protection presented by Todd in finance, but I would have preferred hearing that this would be offered before I arrived to sign the papers. Maybe the sales people should be allowed to at least say that that type stuff would be offered. It changed what the monthly payment would be and that is what we had already agreed on with the salesman. Todd did well in only presenting the information with no pressure, but I still felt pressure because I was not forewarned about those offers being available upon signing the papers. As a whole, they did great, but I was a little shaken when I decided to include extra stuff which made my monthly payment go up and I really didn't want the payment to be any more than it was. I even stated that maybe I should have gotten the lower priced Elantra so I could include the extra deals without such a high monthly amount. They knew that we were looking at a specific amount per month during the sale. More
