Bruce Christopherson is a very good salesman. I visited with him on 2 different occasions once with my grand daughters and the other for more information about the Sonata Limited. Second time customer 23 years of age. Bought a new Mitsubishi Lancer in 2006 and just purchased a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bob King Automotive Used Cars and very unhappy. My old Lancer car was to Mitsubishi Lancer in 2006 and just purchased a 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee from Bob King Automotive Used Cars and very unhappy. My old Lancer car was totalled by a drunk driver a few months ago so I was in need of a car turning to Bob King I bought my car from last time 4 years ago. I am not so unhappy about the price or quality of the Jeep but 25 days after purchase it broke down on me! The transmission had a problem. I towed the car to Kings myself. They looked at it charged me a diagnostic fee and then told me it would be full price 800+ dollars to fix it. Not even taking off Half or working with me on the rrepair. Though they say they have a 200+ check list they do before you buy, they DO NOT Stand by their work. I am not here to bring them down but if you are in the market for a used car I would look else where. The Lack of common courtesy was overwhelming for me in this time of my life and the cold shoulder I recieved I will never forget. I am twenty three and a two time customer and if this is the way they treat me I will have no more dealings with this company. "Nobody beats Bob King, Nobody" remember that... :( More
