Just bought my second vehicle from Bob King, and both transactions were handled exceptionally well. I really do my homework before buying, and I walk into the dealership armed with numbers so I know if transactions were handled exceptionally well. Both times I've purchased here, they met or were lower than my target price. For the most recent purchase, there was a slight problem when we picked up the car after detailing--the windshield had been seriously scratched, and the scratch definitely was not there the night before when we test-drove the vehicle. Problem is, I didn't notice the scratch until we got the car home because my son drove it home. I immediately returned to the dealer. They could have been jerks about it, since I had no way to prove the scratch was there before I picked it up. But they were extremely accommodating. Rick Brandon took care of it in the most professional manner, and I'm extremely happy with the deal I got. I know car dealers often get a bad rap, but in my experience the folks at Bob King do it right. I highly recommend them. More

We bought our first car from Bob King in 2004 when we bought the Mitsubishi Oulander. And boy did we make a big mistake by not bringing it back to the dealer for servicing. A couple of things went unnoticed by our mechanic until after the warranty was up!!! Last night we traded in our Outlander for a beautiful 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. Thanks to Danisha, by the time we left the dealership we were feeling like family!!! Free oil changes for 5 years. Wow!!! And 120,000 mile bumper to bumper warranty!!! Double wow!! The sales manger worked SO hard to make this deal work for us, and he did!!! I am loving driving my new car and am so thankful to all of you at Bob King for making this a painless and enjoyable experience. No buyer's remorse here!!! More

I previously rated this dealership very low due to a problem that I had getting my car repaired after an accident.
