Went to them because they had a really great deal on their website that was better than anything where I'm at. I called in to see if there were any stipulations regarding it, and they said that the pric their website that was better than anything where I'm at. Getting down to the numbers, they tried to offer $2000.00 below what another Hyundai dealer initially offered(I told them this on the phone beforehand). After getting the manager back to a reasonable value for my trade-in, he said the price on the car I wanted would be $1011.00 more. I pointed out the advertised price(which had NO ADVERTISED stipulations), to which he said that was with a $500 owner loyalty discount and a $500 military discount. I then told him "That's only $1000.00, where did the other $11 go?" He said the $11 was nothing to worry about... After telling him that he can go online to see the ad, and that is doesn't say anything about requiring discounts, he simply retorted "I know what the ad says" before saying it was too bad we couldn't do business. I only wanted a fair price for my trade-in, and the advertised price. Too bad they couldn't do the advertised price. More
I am buying this car sight-unseen for my grandmother. Had it inspected by meineke for piece of mind. No mech issues. Issues were having to talk price down $2000 from asking price on a 2000 Hyuandai. The pics hid kicked in speakers, cig burns, and dented doors. The car was described as perfect and exceptional. The first part was that an e-check was used-same as cash at most dealerships-except this one. Family traveled 2 hours each way to pick up the car to be told no. Why that sucks other than the obvious is that they said "no problem" and then refused to to release the car. Having purchased oodles of cars in my lifetime I have never been refused a car when paying with a check. I'm not stupid and didn't expect a perfect car but this was even beyond normal wear and tear and when combined with the additional trips and issues with accepting payment, I'd count this as my worst car buying experience in over 15 years. P.S. when looking at replacing the timing belt I was quoted $500 as opposed to the $300 from the meineke a quarter mile away. AVOID THIS PLACE. It's almost too little of a point to mention the power locks were not working as listed/advertised. I am telling the truth as an average Joe. More

Right down to the way the car was prepared and delivered. This is the 31st new car I have bought in 30 years and Ted did as good a job as anyone I can recall. When the time came to discuss finance options we talked with Mike Cutshaw. He is very professional in his position, also very friendly. We had several options and finally chose leasing. We also talked with Jack about our options leasing verses buying. Our experience with the Bob King Hyundai dealership was great! Will definately recommend the dealership to anyone who is in the market for a new or used car. More

Always excellent service I used Bob Dunn in Greensboro, NC for my previous service because I work in Greensboro, they do not compare to Bob King I took a 1/2 day off in order to get my car serviced at Bob NC for my previous service because I work in Greensboro, they do not compare to Bob King I took a 1/2 day off in order to get my car serviced at Bob King because I didn't want to go back to Bob Dunn. This was my first experience buying a "new" car, I have had company provided vehicles in the past. My husband rode in a Hyundai Genesis in Florida and was very impressed with the car. When it came time for me shop for a new car he suggested I look at one. We selected the Bob King dealership because of it's good reputation in the market. We live in Greensboro and there is another dealership closer to us but we chose to look at "Bob King". Bruce was very patient and very knowledgeable, he was not too pushy which I appreciate. We spent a couple of hours with him and purchased the car before leaving that day. I am very happy with the car and my experience at Bob King, I look forward to dealing with them for many years.
