Upon arriving at the dealership on Monday, I was put into the personable and very knowledgeable hands of Jeremy Butner. This was my first new car buying experience in over 27 years. The only other time I have purchased a new vehicle, I had the assistance of my father. Jeremy quickly made me feel at ease. He was very adept at answering my questions. We came to an agreed upon price and I made a deposit on my color choice which the dealership located and had delivered to their location. I was waiting for receipt of a cash disbursement to pay off my trade-in. In the days between my initial visit and my taking delivery of my new car, I heard from Ashley and Jeremy multiple times. At signing, it was an absolute pleasure working with Angela Obi. She was very thorough and also answered all my questions regarding extended warranty options and financing.
