I know that this deal took more time away from them helping other customers than it should, but they hung in there with me until we came up with a car me and my wife wanted with a fair and reasonable price. Carl and Darin are the type of sales managers that you want running your company and whom I have come to respect. I truly walked into the dealership wanting to walk away knowing that I wasn’t going to be walked over. Being in the military and purchasing cars/trucks from military towns I come accustomed to the thieving wolves of the business managers taking every advantage of young impressionable people. When the deal was done they both came out to the car and actually shook hands with parting gifts. It was a good feeling driving away with a win/win deal. Finally, I met the most open and honest person closing the deal, the financial manger Angela. At first she will give you the impression of an all business very professional women. Being a straight shooter myself I was blessed to come into contact with her. I think we did more chatting about world problems that interested both of us than signing the papers and getting into our great deal of a car. BL: I do get very tempered at dealerships BUT… this trip was a marvelous experience. The people at Bob King are professional and nice. I came down about 2-3 weeks ago for a new car. I wasn't sure exactly what I wanted yet, but I wanted to get a good idea. Guadalupe assisted me through the entire experiece and was awesome. She had the balance of friendly customer service without the "hovering over" effect that myself and I'm sure others have experienced at other dealerships and I really appreciated that. She was also very knowledgable of all their cars, features, etc and was very professional. Would highly reccomend her for anyone who is looking for a new car. Ricardo was very helpful as well. I tend to be very indecisive about certain purchases, unfortunately. However, Ricardo as well as Guadalupe were great through the entire decision making process. I know I may have kept them at work one night til well after 9:00 pm and neither of them gave me any grief about it, which speaks volumes. I myself would have been fed up with me probably at that point, but it was very clear that the both of them truly cared about finding me what I wanted, regardless of the time frame. Within 2 days, they had ordered in the model I requested that was not previously on the lot and were happy to do it. These two are awesome, would reccomend them to anyone who needs a car, come down and see them. More

I’ve had some really bad car buying experiences in the past, and it’s been over 8 years since I purchased a new car, so I was a little nervous about trying it on my own (I’m a single mom). The first person to help me was Ashley after I filled out the pre-approval form online. She helped me set up an appointment and answered my initial questions. She was very friendly and helpful, but I was still a little nervous. (It's nothing she did... just nervous to buy a new car. It can be very intimidating and stressful... so much pressure sometimes.) But from the moment I walked in I felt welcomed and relaxed. Guadalupe and George made me feel very comfortable, didn’t pressure me, and answered all of my questions. I had done a little research online, so I already knew which car I wanted to drive and they made that happen in just minutes. The whole process was actually very fast… in and out with a new car in just a couple of hours! Brandon, the finance manager, explained all my options and really worked with me to get a payment I was comfortable and pleased with. I would highly recommend Bob Kind Hyundai and everyone that helped me get my new car! I will definitely be back. Oh... and while we were waiting in the lounge for Brandon in finance to be ready for me, other sales staff from Bob King would say hello and ask how we were doing. Even the service center manager came out and introduced himself and chatted with us. Everyone was very friendly! If my past car buying experiences had been that easy and stress free I wouldn't have been nervous at all! Next time I won't be. :) More

I was extremely pleased with Iesha and the way she took care of me and worked with me to get me the best deal on my Elantra.
