I am a customer and not a marketing representative for Bob King Hyundai; however, my buying experience was so pleasurable I feel like I could easily be their spokesperson. Every single person I encountered, including the people that had nothing to do with my sale, were happy to see me, kind conversationalists, and thankful. The Bob King Hyundai team made me feel I was worth their time and valued. As for the four people I had to deal with during the purchase of my vehicle, each of them were exceptional in every facet of the process. I purposely contacted Hyundai dealerships in Greensboro, Charlotte, and Virginia (close to Kings Dominion) to compare VEHICLES. Little did I know CUSTOMER SERVICE would be the key to my decision making process. The other dealerships were nice to me, but none of them compared to the friendly desire to please me as a customer than the staff at Bob King. They were not overly-friendly, but they had (have) that something extra (that je ne sais quoi) that I can't quite put my finger on. They made me feel like: "... hmmm, I wanta deal with these people." And they are right here in my back yard! I didn't even have to go far. Lucky me! As a customer, you CHOOSE where you want to spend your money. I CHOOSE to spend my money where I feel appreciated.
