Bought my first MB here in 2020. Sales guy was great. Service department is not. Overall cannot be trusted, unfortunately. They'll hold your vehicle for days before even starting to work on it; lie about services performed; and are unable to diagnose and fix basic problems like a leaky coolant and a blown fuse on the 9V outlet. But, worst of all, when the new vehicle you buy from them is discovered to have serious problems, and it's still under warranty, they'll gaslight you and tell you that is nothing is wrong. 4 alignments and 5 tires replaced in first 36k... no help. More
If I could leave a 0 rating I would. This has been the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. Keep in mind I just spent $107,000 there and this is how they treat you. I originally got numbers over the phone with my salesman Dmitry Bronsky. Dmitry told me that if I bring in my car we might be able to give more for my trade. Yes, he said might I understand that but when I got there they wouldn’t even talk about giving me more they instantly said they were all in. He could have told me this over the phone originally if they already had their mind made up. Keep in mind I live 45 minutes away and this was at 6:50 pm after my wife and I took off work early so they could see the vehicle. We ended up buying the vehicle and they had to deliver it to us 2 days later in the morning. When they brought us the vehicle they never detailed it. It still had all the marking on the exterior from it being transported. It had marks on the rims and the exterior paint. So the next morning before I went to work I called and they came to pick up the vehicle to finally detail the car. They brought the car back and it literally had the same marks and I also noticed it had rail dust everywhere. It was covered in rail dust. So I called Dmitry Bronsky again and he told me that I could wet sand/ clay bar the vehicle to get it off. I then ask can’t you guys wet sand it yourself. So on my day off I dropped off the vehicle on my day off to get it fixed. It’s amazing that at this point not a single manager has contacted me to apologize or ask if they can help. When I was dropping off the vehicle I showed Dmitry every spot that needed to be fixed. They give me a loaner and a couple of hours later Dmitry calls and tells me the vehicle is ready. Remember I live 45 minutes away. So I drive back to pick up the vehicle and when I get there I look at it and it looks the same. They didn’t fix it at all. So now I’m super upset about wasting my day off to deal with this. Dmitry then proceeds to tell me his eyes are old and don’t see anything that I’m pointing out but he never said that originally when I dropped it off to show him. The people who detailed it came over and I showed them everything. Again no manager has come out to speak with me still. I had to go in and ask the salesman multiple times to get someone to come look at the vehicle. He said the people who detailed it already looked. He never offered to get a manager. I had to tell him I needed a manager to look at this. He gets Robert Trask to come outside. He didn’t introduce himself or shake my hand. He walked around the vehicle and said we don’t have adequate people to detail it and that all of their new vehicles have some kind of rail dust. So they knowingly sold me a vehicle with bad paint and didn’t disclose this at all. Their solution was to take it to a body shop so they did. Dmitry called and said the vehicle looks good and he will get someone to drop it off at my house. I asked did you get anyone else to look at it to get more eyes on it because at this point I’m wasting my miles on my new car and my time. He said well who? I said someone just needs to look it over and he said when it gets there they will look it over. So that tells me he called and said it looks good without even looking at it himself. Again no manager had called to talk to me and ensure it was good. They dropped it off and there is still rail dust and now the surface is scratched and some down to the metal and they didn’t even fill up my gas. You would think if I had to drive 45 minutes multiple times and they drove it to a body shop the least they could do is gas it up. This has been an awful experience and I will never buy from Bob King ever again because of this. They dropped off the vehicle yesterday afternoon and it is the next day and no one has contacted me yet. Horrible customer service and a horrible dealership. You would think after spending 107k they would be a little bit more diligent with their work. More
Stay away from these arrogant scam artists. Especially the incompetent service department and the service manager Dale. I am a mercedes enthusiast and currently own 3 mercedes vehicles On 3 occasions the incompetent service department and the service manager Dale. I am a mercedes enthusiast and currently own 3 mercedes vehicles On 3 occasions in the last 2 years I have taken vehicles in with problems. All 3 times the problem was misdiagnosed and I was told it would cost thousands to repair, despite a full warranty on the vehicles. The most recent a (a week ago) involved a sprinter van. My only choice was to travel to Raleigh to Leith mercedes, where unlike Bob King, I was treated with humility and respect.. All 3 times the problem was minor and easily fixed under warranty. Take my advise and don't be taken by these scamers and take your mercedes to Leith. More

Jacked up labor costs I was quoted $700 for just the labor to replace the unit on the console that houses the built-in phone keypad on my CL500. I was told it was so much because the entire console had to be removed to perform the replacement. I then went to YouTube and discovered a tutorial on how to perform the replacement myself. It took me five minutes, and it did not involve removing the console. Why would I ever trust this service department, or by extension, this dealership? More
When you pay $50,000 for a Mercedes-Benz, you bring your car or SUV to be worked on because of a recall that they have out on your car you would think that they would let you have a loaner car for you inste car or SUV to be worked on because of a recall that they have out on your car you would think that they would let you have a loaner car for you instead of having to hang out in the dealership for 4-5 hours.
