New Engine needed! Took My car in about a year and half ago, for a noise. The only way I could explain it was, the noise that a roller coaster makes going up the first hill (chain clanking). After sitting in the dealership on my day off for about 3 hours, I was sent on my way to run premium unleaded and ad a gas additive to a little 4 Cy Kia RIo. So they are the trained professionals. So every tank of gas I put premium unleaded and a gas additive in. I was told after a while the noise would go away. !.5 years later the noise is still there. I have decided to take it in for a second opinion, so I did take it to a competitor. After an hour of them looking at it, I was told they needed more time. I drove away in a loaner and was called about 4 hours later that they where submitting paperwork to Kia for complete engine replacement. So 1.5 years later of putting $.40 more per gallon and a gas additive in every tank. I have answers. PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU TAKE YOU CAR TO THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I called to speak to service manager, left a voice mail and never got a call back. I called back and how ironic my information was right in front of him to call me. But then when I asked him if he had my number to call me back he said sure do, I asked him to confirm and he gave me a number to someone else. I gave my number again, and I still wait for a call back, he said he would talk to his boss and call me back. I am sure I will never hear again from him, and neither will they except for me to tell every to avoid them. I will also be calling the BBB. More

great service I bought my 2016 sorento from Fucillo. but when i went for an oil change, they said it would be taken care of an in hour. came back, my vehicle was ST I bought my 2016 sorento from Fucillo. but when i went for an oil change, they said it would be taken care of an in hour. came back, my vehicle was STILL parked in the same spot as where i parked it!! so i took it to dorchel, OMG what an experience! The man that took care of me was Angel. nice guy. not only did i get my oil changed, i got a free car wash AND some vacuuming inside! and i LOVED the lobby! cafe, lots of chairs, cashiers look professional. my car was done 45 minutes! i live in Hamlin. Henrietta about a 40 min drive for me. Ill be coming back for now on. the gas money will be worth it.. More
These are not mechanics, they can only read a scanner...no common sense at all Misdiagnosed my car on 3 occasions, the only 3 times there...paid money for nothing and still had the problem..turns scanner...no common sense at all Misdiagnosed my car on 3 occasions, the only 3 times there...paid money for nothing and still had the problem..turns out all 3 were no brainers that any real tech would have got right away....incredible...one was as simple as a thermostat that they said it would take more than the 2 hours they already had into it trouble shooting and said it could be hundreds more....seriously, do not take your car there ! After several issues with the clutch in my Kia Optima, i have given up! The transmission stays engaged, the shifter gets stuck and can not be moved into gear without turning the car off and when I lift off have given up! The transmission stays engaged, the shifter gets stuck and can not be moved into gear without turning the car off and when I lift off the clutch and am in neutral the clanking noise that comes out is terrible! I have had my car in for service for the same thing so many times and once again they say they can not duplicate the problem. However, this time the clanking (which I believe is the throw out bearing and so do several other mechanics) was so loud they all heard it. They said it could be the timing belt or various other things that have absolutely nothing to do with the clutch and its assembly. In my opinion, the mechanics are a bunch of bozo's and I will never bring my car there for service again nor will I ever buy from Dorschel. When people ask me what is wrong with the car, I will explain exactly what is wrong with the car. DORSCHEL SERVICE SUCKS! I may be a woman but I do know quite a bit about cars because I have a long history of working on them and around them. SHAME ON YOU! More
