He listened carefully to what I had to say without interrupting, then instead of trying to up-sell me, or convince me I needed or wanted something more than I could afford, he quickly looked up a car on his computer and within 10 minutes had a deal I could work with and afford. It was such a relief! And he was so friendly and patient the entire time, made the whole process very stress-free. And upon delivery of the car, he let me know in advance he couldn't be there, and told me that Felicia would be able to help me. She was wonderful as well! He suggested that I consider theKia Soul plus model as it would handle snow and ice better.We have plent of that in western NY. Drove the car. It fit me like a glove. Price matched another dealership I'd been to, but didn't trust. I was going to pick it up a week and a half later after I got my total loss check from an accident. When I told him I could cover the check now, he said why don't pick it up today. So I picked up my new Red Kia Soul 2 days after I picked it out!! Everyone at the dealership was wonderful.
