About as good an experience as one can have purchasing a car Carrissa is an amazing salesperson! She listened to what I was interested in and almost immediately led me to the vehicle I purchased. She also had no problem allowing me to check out other options. Her knowledge of the vehicles operation including the electronics in the drivers compartment was extensive. Efficient very courteous and helpful I went to Bob Johnson because I needed an oil change at that time I knew I would have to return due to my inspection would be effective in the month o I went to Bob Johnson because I needed an oil change at that time I knew I would have to return due to my inspection would be effective in the month of April, a matter of 2 week the service department went ahead and did the inspection at that time so it would not be necessary for me to return in the 2 week appt. I did not have to wait long to have all done my car is safe and I have not had any problems. More
you already had my reply to the manager of the service dept For the most part , we are NOT HAPPY !! the radio quit had to drive out twice just to be told the radio was back ordered . Spent the next few weeks For the most part , we are NOT HAPPY !! the radio quit had to drive out twice just to be told the radio was back ordered . Spent the next few weeks whistling dixie ! the tech damaged the dash board. so decided to have the dash repaired at a later date. Transmission problems with a vibration. I was told it was the transmission fluid. Made the appointment went it, to be told the fluid was back ordered ! recived a call from Steve in service the fluid was in stock. made another appointment to change the fluid and repair the existing dash, when I got home I discovered the paint from fixing the dash was dripped on my console. I had to clean it off with chemical cleaner. The hardest part of this whole thing is its a 45 minute drive one way . then the following week after the transmission service it began to leak . was told the tech didnt tighten up the fitting On a positive note Steve in service (Leroy store) has done his best that was within his power Robert & Valerie Kane More
