Usually very satisfied with service BUT I am usually very satisfied with service at Bob Johnson BUT this last time I discovered on the second day of having the loaner car that it had expired I am usually very satisfied with service at Bob Johnson BUT this last time I discovered on the second day of having the loaner car that it had expired insurance and registration cards in the glove compartment. I stopped driving it and had Bob Johnson deliver my vehicle and pick up the loaner. It was an inconvenience and luckily I did not have an accident (lots of deer on the roads I travel) and did not encounter a routine traffic stop. Please ensure that all your loaner vehicles have update documents. More
