We have been with this dealership for over 10 years, purchased our pre-owned 2013 Buick Regal from Doan who then became part of the Bob Johnson Group. We decided to lease a new 2024 Buick Encore GX Aven purchased our pre-owned 2013 Buick Regal from Doan who then became part of the Bob Johnson Group. We decided to lease a new 2024 Buick Encore GX Avenir. We had a great experience with our salesperson who was filling in for Jason. The service team was the main reason we came back: Matthew Gerhardt. Always went beyond his means to accommodate our needs. Would recommend this dealership whether you are purchasing a new or pre-owned vehicle. More

I just want to say 10 stars. ..10 stars.... 10 stars...period! I had a situation with my car in which been to a shop, and another gmc dealership. I was told the wrong diagnostic f ..10 stars.... 10 stars...period! I had a situation with my car in which been to a shop, and another gmc dealership. I was told the wrong diagnostic from this previous gmc buick dealership to fix a brake pedal issue. I called up to buick gmc in greece and spoke to service manager Greg. He was so Wonderful. He was understanding of my situation and was really willing to help me as much as he can to resolve my issue with my car. He then link me with service advisor Joe Coon. Joe was also so wonderful. Joe was also understanding and felt confident that he would resolve my issue. He kept me updated every step of the way while my car was being worked on. He had one of his senior high quality techs to work on my car. I wish i knew his name because he did a great job on my car also.My car was fixed correctly with the correct diagnostic. This dealership took action when I called and I appreciate that so much. This dealership will be the ONLY dealership I'll be taking my car to. Number one in sales not service, once you sign you no longer matter, and wont be appreciated that you just bought a $100,000 vehicle. The build up to purchase that vehicle is flat out harassment, then th longer matter, and wont be appreciated that you just bought a $100,000 vehicle. The build up to purchase that vehicle is flat out harassment, then they completely cut you off once you own it. Not one return call. They never went over any gm perks or the app, that I should have received-I found out from another dealer I went to afterwards because my new vehicle wouldn’t start on the third day, bob johnson could’ve cared less, the other dealer came and picked it up and fixed it, bob johson said after several calls i had made, that they are too busy to fit me in service dept and would be a week wait.. Its a new $100,000 vehicle -first off it shouldn’t have any issues, second, you should be immediately coming to fix it. Not the case. Will be definitely telling everyone to steer clear of bob johnson. Also my parents and my brother-in-law all purchased vehicles in the last 2 months from bob johnson, we all have had very similar experiences in the fact that they only care about getting that sale.. nothing else. and will go to a stretch to get that sale. Not only to mention, when signing the paperwork the nice gentleman who was not my sales guys or any other I had dealt with during the sale, informed me that it was his legal duty to inform me that, I in fact am being ripped off and not getting a fair market price and that it is a terrible deal to actually accept-per NYS law, then stood up shook my hand and said congratulations on your new vehicle.. been extremely unhappy since that moment, everything else that has gone wrong with my new vehicle in the last two weeks has just been extra icing on the cake of terrible. Just dont go here. They are a huge franchise nationwide, not a friendly local dealer. Maybe you knew that.. I didn’t, but do now. More
I traded in my 2018 Denali 1500 pickup for a new 2022 Denali 1500 pickup. Everyone I dealt with were without doubt very professional and very helpful. The employees looked and acted very happy with their place of employment. Doug and Dan were great in making the final deal. John, Dan’s assistant, helped make the transition and paperwork go smooth. The transaction started on the phone approximately 100 miles away three days prior and was completed on my trip to trade in my 2018 truck and pick up my new 2022 truck. The dealership was very clean with plenty of relaxing room to sit. They realized I was coming a long distance and did not want to waste my time or have me leave without completing the deal I had planned on completing. There was no “tell him want he wants to hear and then change the deal when he gets here”. They were very honest. They accommodated me when they found out the truck had about 1000 miles more than they originally told me. It was still considered a brand new vehicle. It had been loaned at one of their other dealerships to a repeat customer for those miles so they reduced the price. My trade in was below average trade (less than I had hoped) but the new truck price was low enough to make up the difference. I am very satisfied and would purchase from them again in the future. They were great to deal with. More
Really poor after sales service. Issues happen to vehicles and I don’t blame the dealer for the issues, only how the issues are handled after discovery. Communication is terrible, service phone just rings and rings, half the time I go to voicemail. If I leave a message they are returned half the time. Service person Megan, sounds like she hates her job and is extremely impatient and dismissive, no loaner cars or shuttle service and when questioned about it seemed out off. Don’t expect much service from this dealer, certainly not their focus. More
