oil changes suck I would rather have paid for an oil change than go back for the free oil change. The whole system didn't work! 20 minutes to check in, this should b I would rather have paid for an oil change than go back for the free oil change. The whole system didn't work! 20 minutes to check in, this should be quick and easy by the way. How do you have a line of 6 people to check in? It was so long that someone had to step up from another department to check me in. Big mistake! That means the service desk won't help you because they don't have your information. I asked about time they said 2-2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change. Why would it be close to 3 hours for a simple oil change. I decided to not wait and come back that maybe they were having an over booked or busy day. The person who checked me in told me about 10 minutes for a shuttle that was over 45 minutes after already being there close to an hour and a half I said I better check maybe its close to ready. My paperwork was with the guy from the other desk so when they looked for him that took 20 minutes and he couldn't be located nor my paper work nor my car. T end the experience at check out they said my car was right up front. It was sleet raining and I was in heels walking all over looking for my car in the dark whick was not up front or around the corners of the building. I was just steaming at that, why not move the car to the 7 empty spaces right in front. This was my first experience in service with Bob Johnson. They only good things were someone opened the garage door and greeted me right away, and the shuttle driver Bruce was very nice. Get it together service department at Bob Johnson. How could the sales department be so smooth, easy and enjoyable and the service so poor. Its like 2 different companies. More
