I bought a 2005 Chevy Malibu Maxx LT about 3 yrs ago and I have been having electrical issues with the car ever since. The remote starter never worked and I brought it in on a couple occasions while under w I have been having electrical issues with the car ever since. The remote starter never worked and I brought it in on a couple occasions while under warranty and supposedly it was fixed but then the starter stopped working a few months out of warranty, And then through out the tenure of the car there were problems with the Emissions inspections and I had to bring it to the dealership every year and waste a week or so so they could get it so the reader device would communicate with the on-baord computer with the car. There were other electrical issues as well... Long Story short... We brought it in this year and John (Service Manager) bent over backwards and to help us out and try to get the issues resolved when no other previous service manager or tech even gave a xxxx... Ultimately, We ended up trading in the vehicle because it had over 100k miles, and due to the other problems; because we had so many problems with the car throughout our ownership, they paid off the rest of our car and we traded up for a 2013 GMC Terrain and they worked with us to get the monthly cost within our budget... These guys really do make customers #1. Before this experience I probably would not have recommended Patrick GMC to anyone and I certainly would not have bought another car there, but now I will go back and I will certainly recommend them and look to them in future for our next vehicle... I recently took my Pontiac Vibe into Patrick's for 7,500 service and a NYS inspection. The service was excellent and my Vibe is purring like a kitten. I visited this location through the Geico AutoRepair Program. I was nervous to go to this location as I had never been there and had not heard any reviews through friends. Immediately upon walking in Program. I was nervous to go to this location as I had never been there and had not heard any reviews through friends. Immediately upon walking in the door, Rachel made me feel welcome. Her smile on her face and addressing me by name before I introduced myself was outstanding. She obviously was observant to the parking lot as well to see me drive in. Rachel was courteous throughout the check-in process and was very informative. Once I was finished with Rachel, I was whisked away to the rental car agent. I returned to Rachel's area after this to get my personal belongings out of my vehicle. Rachel came out and offered to help me to transfer my children's carseats and personal belongings. She even went through a quick verbal list to ensure I had everything that I needed (like my garage door opener!). Helping me to transfer my belongings is above and beyond customer service in my eyes! One final thing that Rachel did for me was to ask one of the car cleaning gentleman to clean out a spot on the rental car seat that was disgustingly stained before I put my belongings in it. She was observant to the rental car condition as well. Rachel is an outstanding employee and huge asset to this company with her above and beyond attitude - THANKS RACHEL!!! In addition, my vehicle was serviced in a timely matter and was in amazing condition when I received it back. The service people had even taken a couple extra seconds to buff out a scratch my dog had made on my bumper, as they were repairing my vehicle next to the scratch. The extra bonus of a car wash and vacuumed interior was much appreciated! I wish I knew the name of all the service people to address them personally as well. Appointment was made over a weekend and confirmed on the following Monday by John Tarplee. Upon arrival I was met by Jeff Dahlin who wrote up my work request. Jeff came out to see me in the waiting area about half way through my appointment to inform me about the status of the work. The work was completed 100% to my satisfaction and the price was fine with me too. More
We brought our 2011 Buick Enclave in for routine oil change and tire rotation. I asked our service representative, Jeff, to check the power steering belt due to a slight squealing noise. A leak in the power fluid and metal shavings indicated that the entire power steering unit needed to be replaced (under warranty, thank God.) Jeff arranged for a rental and had the car ready for us the next morning. This is my first Patrick experience, both in purchase and service, and I have been impressed by the professionalism involved with everyone I have dealt with. I will be sure to recommend this dealership to others. More
