Patrick made arrangements with two different insurance companies to cover the damage and make the two different accident repairs in one visit. They also arranged for my meeting with the insurance agents representing the responsible insured party. The repairs were done in less time than anticipated and the work was excellent. Patrick also arranged for a rental car to be there at the body shop the day I dropped off my car for repair and I returned the rental car right there at the body shop after the repair was complete. Patrick made the whole process simple and worry free for me. The only disappointment I had was when the job was done, I was a little sad it was over because the Patrick staff was so friendly and fun to work with. I will hope for no more body damage, but if it happens, I know where to go. I highly recommend Patrick Collision repair. More

Service's on my 2007 Chevy Cobalt. 5 star plus for Mario again. Had problems with my 07 cobalt again. This time it was a bad shaking sterring problem when i reached 55 mph and above. Called Mario and he told me to bring it right in. He had it checked out and found out it was bent rims on the front. He knew i only had 2 hours to be there because i am a bus driver and i had to do another run in 2 hours. He got it fixed in no time. I was really glad he fixed it so fast because in 2 days it was Memorial day weekend. He took it out himself to make sure the problem was fixed. A time before that Mario asked the mechanic, Dan Wright if he could prolong his lunch so he could get my car fixed in the 2 hour time frame that i had and Dan did. how many other dealers and mechanic's would do that for you. Only at Patrick.. Mario is very professional, friendly, courteous , respectful and always has a smile on his face. He's GREAT! before you leave Patrick Mario makes sure your vehicle is fixed right and that you don't have to worry about coming back because the problem wasn't fixed right the first time. I have been a very satisfied customer with Patrick for over 12 years. This is the best place to take your car to get it repaired. I have also sent my family and friends at Patrick for service and sales. Mario always comes out and lets you know what's going on with your vehicle and what the problem is with it and also lets you know about how much longer it's going to be before it's done. I came in for an oil, lube and filter service. I also explained to Jeff that I was getting a false air pressure reading on my left front tire. He said don't worry about we'll take care of it for you, whi explained to Jeff that I was getting a false air pressure reading on my left front tire. Sure enough when he came back, he said that he had all of the wheels re-calibrated and now giving correct reading. I'd like to thank Jeff for putting me at ease right away and I was out in a very short time. More
I brought my 2012 GMC Terrain in to the service center for a simple NYS Inspection. While waiting for the service, Mario came over and said that the mechanic noticed that the engine started very sluggish for a simple NYS Inspection. While waiting for the service, Mario came over and said that the mechanic noticed that the engine started very sluggishly and they wanted to check out the battery. Sure enough, my battery was very weak at 24,599 miles and they replaced it under 100% warranty. Had they not picked this up as a problem, or ignored it, I may have been stranded somewhere unable to start the car. Wow! What service! Steve was very polite and courteous. He waited on me quickly and notified me when the work was complete. I had an oil change, wheel rotation and NYS inspection done. They made me comfortable while waiting by providing newspapers, a TV, coffee and donuts. The only suggestion I have is that they don't currently put a oil reminder sticker on the windshield. They suggest you use the oil life reminder in the car's system. Steve did give me a sticker after I asked. As usual I was completely satisfied with Patrick's service. More
