Took my car in because there was a coolant leak - no problems with it overheating and we could have used it for many many more miles despite the leak. They reported to us that the car was fixed. They r problems with it overheating and we could have used it for many many more miles despite the leak. They reported to us that the car was fixed. They replaced the water pump and thermostat. Picked it up - drove it home after paying $1,400 which was higher than the quote to fix it. Next day drove it to work - it overheated. Called dealership and they told us to bring it back - did that. Waited 3 days to hear back from them. We had to initiate the calls - they couldn’t be bothered to let us know what was happening. . When we finally reached them, we were told the car needs $3200 of additional work caused by it overheating! They replaced the thermostat, but it’s our problem that it overheated!!!! Add insult to injury - they took no responsibility for the newly created problem, but offered to take it as a trade-in for $600. Even after knowing how frustrated we were and knowing the car was not in a drivable condition, they changed the oil and charged us for that. Now we have a car that can’t be driven, but it has clean oil. We will be towing the car from the dealership and then determine what our next steps will be after consulting an independent, reliable, honest repair shop. We used the dealership for repairs believing they were the best option for the vehicle. We now know the error of our ways and will no longer trust them to do any work on our vehicles. This was not the first negative experience, but it is definitely the worst! More
The only place I will take my 2018 2500 HD is to you which is where I bought it from. The service I receive from Bob and Erin is exceptional!! Them two are the best and all of the staff is in the same b which is where I bought it from. The service I receive from Bob and Erin is exceptional!! My experience was great, they got me right in to get a door seal replaced. I waited in the clean waiting room and had coffee while they were replacing the seal.
