I talked to them over a week ago with interest in a used toyota truck they have had up for a while, they told me when I called that the truck was no longer there and then immediately started pitching me other higher price / higher mile options. I told them to take the ad down and they didn't, so I called in again and the same thing happened. It is clearly a weak attempt at getting people on the phone or to come in to see a specific vehicle and then put them in whatever they have at the time. With this experience and that of the many others leaving poor reviews, buyer beware. More

Dishonest and non-existent customer service. My wife bought a Highlander from this dealership. I was with her through the negotiation process at her request. Before I left, they asked her to sign their form granting permission to check credit. We already had financing secured and told the salesman that repeatedly. He assured us that the form was mandatory for purchases and that they would not run her credit. I was very skeptical but he assured us several times that they would NOT run her credit. Guess whet...they RAN her credit and then blew her off when she called them to complain! Now they won't give her a loaner or a ride to work to have her oil changed there. Wish I had read the dealership review before we purchased there. They lived up to the poor reputation. More
2005 GMC Sierra 1500 SLE RED Saw the Pickup on the internet and of course they only showed you pictures of the Nice part of the Truck, Like Leather,6 Disc CD etc, when I drove 300 Saw the Pickup on the internet and of course they only showed you pictures of the Nice part of the Truck, Like Leather,6 Disc CD etc, when I drove 300 Miles to buy it I saw a big crack in the Windshield, 8 large holes drilled in the bed with very little paint left in the bed from hauling something ,scratches on the passenger side and on and on. The salesman was nice until I told him Toyota Dealers don't usually try to peddle junk like this, then he became very defensive,I'm saying all their Trucks are like this but they just don't show you the bad side on the internet. Bad Experience Buying a Used Car I bought a used car at Bob Howard Toyota that according to them had no defects and was safe to drive. It has been inspected by their repair shop and oil was changed. They knew that I will drive it 800 miles to bring it back home. Well, I can only say that I was very lucky to make it back home alive. The air suspension on that car was malfunctioning and it was extremely difficult to control on the highway. The car jack was broken, if I had a flat tire that would have been the end of my trip. Several front light bulbs were burnt out. The windshield wiper liquid tank was empty, but I guess there was no need for it anyway because the windshield wipers were completely worn out. To summarize my experience with this dealership: They are careless, ruthless, want make profit without any regards to your safety. Buyers beware! More

I had made an appointment to take the car to a mechanic for an inspection as soon as possible. I was very clear that I intended to purchase the car if it passed inspection. Not only did they sell the car to someone else during the very short time period before I could see my mechanic, they didn't even have the decency to tell me until I showed up for the appointment. What kind of customer service lets you drive around town wasting your time for no reason? The car itself was well cared for, in good condition and all my questions were answered, so that's why I'm giving two stars instead of one. But this dealership does not communicate with you, is underhanded, disorganized, and generally unprofessional. More

Poor customer service I emailed, then spoke to the internet salesman about the availability of a car advertised on line. I scheduled an appointment for later that afternoon I emailed, then spoke to the internet salesman about the availability of a car advertised on line. I scheduled an appointment for later that afternoon. I showed up on time and was told the car was at Firestone and would be back shortly. I waited for 30 minutes and the car never showed up. I received a shoulder shrug from the salesman and and half-hearted "I'm sorry".I guess they didn't want to sell the car very badly. Poor customer service, More
Liars and Very Poor Customer Service Don't waste your time and money going to Bob Howard Toyota. We ordered a 2015 Tacoma Long Bed and the salesman Tony Tran told us they can get one with Don't waste your time and money going to Bob Howard Toyota. We ordered a 2015 Tacoma Long Bed and the salesman Tony Tran told us they can get one with the options we wanted within 4 to 6 weeks. Well, we waited 6 weeks and still no answer. We called Bob Howard Toyota and Tony said that it will be here just have to wait a few more weeks. It's been almost 12 weeks and still Tacoma has not arrived. We finally called Toyota in California to file a case. Sales Manager Ray Wood called and said that if we want one we'll have to wait another 12 weeks. I called Salesman Tony Tran and he said there is no way they can get us a LongBed with the options we wanted. By this time we knew something fishy is going on because the sales manger Ray Wood said we could get one but have to wait another 3 months but when we called salesman Tony Tran he said there is no way they could get us one. So we settle on buying one off their lot for $600 more than the one we ordered and it had a scratch on window after we already purchase the truck. It took Bob Howard forever just to replace it. We thought we could do business with Bob Howard again because we have just bought a brand new 2014.5 Toyota Camry three months before we ordered Tacoma. They were being rude and lies after lies. Don't waste your time going to Bob a Howard Toyota. More

They want to add on everything they can by extending the time of the loan. Remember what you negotiated for, Watch the slick talk and your bottom line. After a long day of shopping and negotiations you're so exhausted but they are so good at sneaking in extra costs for unnecessary add-ins in the name of saving you money and not raising your payments. Others I have talked to say they had the same problem at Bob Howard. The Shell Game chapter 2 Two months ago; after 10 months of double payments I tried to cancel Gap Insurance. They stated I had to come out and cancel it in person so we did. After two months Bob Howard has still not gotten the policy cancelled and reimbursed the $700 remainder to the Wells Fargo loan balance. Finally Today I Called the Gap Insurance Co. In Houston and did it with a simple e-mail. I called BH and relayed what has been going with Gap but they couldn't help me unless I tell them the name of the person who Filled out the request two months ago. Before the sale BH couldn't do enough but afterwards I have felt their attitude simply Smug when I discuss these difficulties I've had with the dealership. I have purchased Toyotas since 1979 but will not trust any B H dealership. For Toyotas there are better choices on OKC than settling for what I have experienced here. I just simply want to give a heads up for others going through the buying experience. At 60 I don't want to ever repeat the absolutely worst buying experience of my life. More
