I've used this dealership to purchase both new and used cars...and I would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new car. I also use them exclusively for the service on my vehicles. Don’t trust service they have an added fee they don’t quote you on that is a percentage of the price. Mine was 32 dollars higher than quoted for something that was not parts or labor. quote you on that is a percentage of the price. I showed up without an appointment for an oil change after driving 5 thousand miles in two weeks. The work was completed in about an hour. I am appreciative of SHAIN, my service representative for his p after driving 5 thousand miles in two weeks. The work was completed in about an hour. I am appreciative of SHAIN, my service representative for his professionalism and positive and pleasant work attitude. While waiting I looked at the new cars in the showroom and decided what my next Toyota vehicle will be. (I talked with Mr. Tran about a new car)I felt confident when I left with a new oil filter and fresh supply of oil, and continued my trek throughout the US. More
Unsafe! The service department returned my truck without actually performing the services required. Terrible experience lost 2 days of time for a problem that could have been taken care of in 1 hour. I've been recommending friends and family to come here to buy vehicles and service, never again. that could have been taken care of in 1 hour. Rip off. Just find another dealership Here is the copy of email I sent to GM AAron London: Hello Mr. London, I decided to address you first before I'll go any further with my experience Here is the copy of email I sent to GM AAron London: Hello Mr. London, I decided to address you first before I'll go any further with my experience of buying car from your dealership. First of all, financing interest rate. I sent the copies of my preapproval letter from Capital One and the offer to the sale guy (see attached) that clearly says my interest rate is %12.29. George told me its ok to fly to sign papers and pick up the car. By the time I got to the dealership ( I had to fly from Houston), the rate magically went up to unimaginable %18.79 and now it is from Wells Fargo. Hard to argue when you are 400 miles from your home, right? Especially after offer from Capital One conveniently expired day before. Fraud or deceptive practice? Next, doc fee. Nothing I can argue about that, it is your right to impose any kind of fee. Morality of that is not of my business. However, your sales guy stated something which never happens: include TX state tax in this fee ( see attached screenshot). Next is GAP. I told financial guy, I don't need it, but he replies: this is a part of the loan agreement and I have to get it. By the way, he forget to provide copy of GAP to me.(very conveniently too). Deceptive practices again. But, believe me, I would even bother to right this email just all of that I stated above until I discovered so called Superior Protection Contract worth $499, which NOBODY mention of, was sold to me! With the maximum benefit of $1000 for 7 years, or $500 per claim! You are kidding!(see attached). Deceptive practices for sure! Mr. London. Its up to you as manager make it right. Interest rate is stays, nothing we can do about it. It wil cost me small amount, since the whole purpose of buying this car was to boost my credit history and I will paid it off in 6 month. But GAP and Superior Protection (thanks for special cancellation provision for Texas) must go. I cannot cancel GAP without my copy. And please, save my time by cancelling both from your side. I could easily do it different way: send the body of this email to Capital One, FTC etc. Then cancel both contracts myself. But I believe in good nature. Everybody make mistakes. Please let me know ASAP by email or call me at 832-660-XXXX at any time. Sincerely, Azamat Valeev More
