I would honestly recommend you stay away from this dealership. Very dishonest and unfortunately a picture of the used car salesman stereotype. I found a van on Autotrader that we wanted to come look a dealership. Very dishonest and unfortunately a picture of the used car salesman stereotype. I found a van on Autotrader that we wanted to come look at. I reached out to the dealership, confirming the price and availability. I specifically asked if the price was all inclusive, and they said it was the total price, besides a $709 docking fee. They confirmed both, so I set up a time the next morning to come and test drive it. After driving 30 minutes to the dealership and loading up the entire family, a different salesman than who I was supposed to meet came out and informed me the price was now $6,000 higher than what I was originally told. I told him I had text messages from their representatives showing the price just the day before. After making us wait to “see what he could do”, he came back and said they just couldn’t honor that price, using the typical “we would be losing money” line you would expect from a dishonest car salesman. No attempt to make it right or to take ownership. Needless to say, I will not be returning, and I caution anyone considering this dealership to be choose a more honest business. More

Making an appointment was easy, dealership also provided me uber for pick and drop, service was done on a timely manner but not issues were resolved, I’ve been having a problem with the wireless charging in me uber for pick and drop, service was done on a timely manner but not issues were resolved, I’ve been having a problem with the wireless charging in my van since the day I bought it, I’ve been trying to get it fixed for the last couple of times, I am told it’s fixed but it’s not, it works for a few seconds and then starts blinking orange light and then stops. Dealership needs to find me a solution for this soon. More
