During my last two visits for service, I’ve had to wait more than 15 minutes, just for a technician to check me in. The manager was awesome that checked me out, but with every dealership experience , even if you have an appointment they hold your car for like 6 hours and always have some expensive work they recommend. every dealership experience , even if you have an appointment they hold your car for like 6 hours and always have some expensive work they recommend. It’s never just in and out oil change tire rotation and you’re done. I would appreciate more honestly about the car instead of acting like some critical issue is happening and it’s really not that big of a deal (my dad was a mechanic for 40 years).
