Took my vehicle in for oil change and to see why the check engine light was on. They came back with $2,000 in repairs and no answer why the check engine light was on. Then I felt like I was being haggard with pricing. Example- let me get with my manager and see what kind of deals we can offer if you do all this today right now. We have had Toyotas serviced here for year but this must he new and left a bad taste in my mouth. Will think twice about taking vehicle for service. Also, one of the biggest repairs they claimed an oil leak, we park this vehicle in the garage and not a drop of oil. More

I received exceptional service at Bob Howard Toyota service department in OKC. The service professionals, greeted me upon arrival. During my last two visits for service, I’ve had to wait more than 15 minutes, just for a technician to check me in. The manager was awesome that checked me out, but with every dealership experience , even if you have an appointment they hold your car for like 6 hours and always have some expensive work they recommend. every dealership experience , even if you have an appointment they hold your car for like 6 hours and always have some expensive work they recommend. It’s never just in and out oil change tire rotation and you’re done. I would appreciate more honestly about the car instead of acting like some critical issue is happening and it’s really not that big of a deal (my dad was a mechanic for 40 years).
