I initially called for the price of two rear break pad and rotor replacements, specifically asking if the price they originally quoted me during my oil change was accurate and included labor and taxes. Made the appointment and found out the price was actually $60 dollars more (price ended up being $502). The service was done and I went to pay and they charged me $565. I showed them the digital bill I was sent at $502 and the manager waived the mystery charge down to $501, furthering confusion on how prices are set. The service itself was done well and the customer service (other than the employee who told me incorrectly about my price inquiry) was good. But to make matters worse, my parking tag that hangs on my rearview mirror was ripped and placed on my dashboard. I don’t know how or why my parking tag was messed with to a point that it was ripped considering they worked on my break pads and rotors. More
Up to the last service, I had my car for a little over three weeks. It was in the shop more than out of it. I had a leak and on the last visit I thought we found what it was and fixed it. Almost $800 dollars (and a radiator on them because I’m not paying a total of almost 2k on a car I’ve had less than a month) I still have a leak the next day. There is also a lot of oil? (Maybe?) residue on the bottom of my car as well. I’m tired and frustrated. Buyer beware. And as the people at the dealership said “well, you never know what you get with used cars” More

I received a text message regarding an offer for free courtesy inspection for our new Nissan Sentra SV. I made an appointment for today and arrived at the scheduled time. I was checked in and they took c courtesy inspection for our new Nissan Sentra SV. I made an appointment for today and arrived at the scheduled time. Everyone was super nice. However after 2 hours of waiting the problem was not fixed.
