Surprising experience I went to one Honda dealership first - the one I've been going to for 8 years. The one I've bought endless oil changes, filters, tires, and other main I went to one Honda dealership first - the one I've been going to for 8 years. The one I've bought endless oil changes, filters, tires, and other maintenance things from. They flat out lied to me. Needless to say, I was angry, and I turned to Bob Howard Honda. I am sure I sounded pretty PO'd at first, but oddly enough, salesman Robert W. was genuine! A car salesman! Go figure! He was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and made my experience pleasant and fast I was able to do most everything over the phone, so when I was able to make it to the dealership, I had my car in 30 minutes! I hope to work with them again in future! More

They lost money on my trade in I beat them up bad the gave me way more than my car was worth.
