I was very pleased with the customer service provided during my oil change at Bob Howard Honda in Edmond, OK. My representatives name was Tank and he was extremely professional. Tank was very knowled during my oil change at Bob Howard Honda in Edmond, OK. My representatives name was Tank and he was extremely professional. Tank was very knowledgeable about the service that was required and the coupon that was provided for a discount. Once the service was complete, Tank escorted me to the cashier and the paper work was quick and easy. On my drive back home I received a phone call on my cell phone. It was Tank! He informed me that I had left my personal coffee mug at the counter. I turned around and drove back - there was Tank! He had walked my mug out to my car. After a fist pump - I was on my way home - again. This saved me from an embarrassing verbal berating from my wife - for forgetting my coffee mug. Thanks Tank! More

We had been to another dealership before coming to Bob Howard and our experience with Mike was so much better. He was very professional, not pushy and very personable and knowledgeable.
