Showed up in bad weather a couple hours before close on a Saturday ! The salesman didn’t seem to hide from the weather or anything and wasn’t pushy . I've bought many cars in my 65 years, this was the best dealership experience I have ever had, mostly because of their Acceleride program, and our salesperson James. I work a lot of hours every week so my dealership experience I have ever had, mostly because of their Acceleride program, and our salesperson James. I work a lot of hours every week so my free time is very limited and I don't have hours to waste at dealers negotiating. WIth Acceleride and our salesperson James, we were able to get most of the deal worked out online, showed up at the dealer at 9:15 on the agreed upon date and were out the door by 11:00(and it would have been quicker except they were having internet problems that day so paperwork was taking longer than normal}. Now Acceleride does not allow for price negotiation, but it does allow you to upload documents that they need such as D/L and insurance papers. The dealership will contact you through email once you create your Acceleride account and you can negotiate the price that way. NOw, about the price, I'm sure we've all had experiences where we see a car advertised online for a certain price, only to get to the dealership and be told that price is with incentives that most people don't qualify for and your price will be higher. Bob Howard gave us the internet advertised price without hesitation. As long as we live in Oklahoma City Bob Howard is where we will buy our cars from! More

I dropped in for an oil change without an appointment and they were able to get right on it. When they had completed the oil change they showed me their recommendation for additional work. They noted my brak they were able to get right on it. When they had completed the oil change they showed me their recommendation for additional work. They noted my brake fluid and power steering fluid were needing change but the vehicle was 7 years old and had never had that service so I let them do those items and it was all done in less than 2 hours. The price was fair and I was on my way. Service staff was professional and very helpful. More
