A very good honor system. They had a special for an oil and service change. I made a the appointment via email and just showed that upon arrival and Chris checked me in with They had a special for an oil and service change. He gave me an estimated time (which was greatly appreciated at being less) and it was off to service. Chris called me when it was ready and I noticed immediately that it had been washed. Don't know if that was normal, but very impressive! More

Lack of communication, was told would follow up on progress status which never happened. Expectations that were set were never met. It always fellt like I was an inconvenience instead of the customer. progress status which never happened. Expectations that were set were never met. From a customer service standpoint point it would have been nice to be told vehicle would be ready in three weeks vs being told everytime I called it is being repaired now then the next day being told we are waiting on a part. Super frustrating. More
