I own 5 Chrysler cars (4 Jeeps and 1 Dodge) and this was by far my worst experience at any dealer and Jeep Wave in my 8 years of owning Chrysler products. I took my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for serv by far my worst experience at any dealer and Jeep Wave in my 8 years of owning Chrysler products. I took my 2022 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon in for service to deal with the “death wobble.” One of my other Wranglers had this problem so I was familiar. The car was 35 months old and had 37500 miles on it. So I knew it was barely out of warranty due to the mileage and I was prepared to pay for the service. They called me and said it was a simple fix which I had hoped for but then they told me they also found ALL 4 shock absorbers leaking. This is a little weird/suspect/disappointing to find that all 4 are leaking at the same time and just past the mileage for being under warranty. I then proceeded for the next 4 days to go back and forth with the dealer and Jeep Wave (corporate) to help with the cost of repairing all 4 shock absorbers. I was more than willing to pay at least half but was relying on them to help defray the cost since all 4 should not be leaking at the same time and under 3 years. Well, Jeep said it was the dealers decision and the dealer said it was Jeeps decision to help with the cost. Both of them put the responsibility on the other while saying there was nothing they could do. Needless to say I did not get the shock absorber service done with them. Nor will I be taking any of my cars to this dealership for any other service from this point on. I did get the death wobble taken care of because I needed the car back and it had been sitting at the dealer for over a week. I did not want to drive it until this problem was fixed and I didn’t have any more time to take it somewhere else. My original service agent on this issue did not communicate anything with me and I continually had to call them for updates. The second service agent to help me was the only bright spot in this whole ordeal. Once they took over the issue, I had my car back in one day (8 days total at the dealer). More
Everything was great! I had to get some things fixed on my vehicle. Sophia was so helpful and answered all my questions.
