Brought my truck in due to issues with a previous repair from another dealership. They found the problem that the other dealership missed and got it fixed…. It still cost me, but I’m hoping I’m done with it from another dealership. They found the problem that the other dealership missed and got it fixed…. I won't be bringing my Jeep back to that dealership for service. I went in for the 100,000 mile maintenance and was offered $850+ for spark plugs, ridiculous. That and the "service advisor" I had was super service. I went in for the 100,000 mile maintenance and was offered $850+ for spark plugs, ridiculous. That and the "service advisor" I had was super inattentive when it came to most everything. It's unfortunate because I've always taken my vehicle there for maintenance. Even when I knew it was slightly overpriced because I trusted that place. I asked for a shuttle upon arrival and gave my keys to the advisor. He wanted me to wait around for a quote. I had to ask 3 times to finally get the shuttle (Uber). When the vehicle was done, I received a call from an unknown number in Okc, I didn’t answer in time but naturally I assumed it was from the dealership. I tried returning the call within 10 seconds, no answer. I called a third time, again no answer. I checked my phone thinking, surely he left me a voicemail if that was in fact the dealership calling about my car. No voicemail was left, no answer when I called back. So I waited, assuming if it’s done they would try to call and let me know. Nope. 20 minutes later I called the dealership and was transferred to the service department. I spoke with another service advisor who was much better at communication. This service advisor let Me know my vehicle had been completed and was showing it’s been ready for pickup. I asked him to send the uber, to which he set it up. He asked who my original service advisor was, I told him I was never given a name. I later found out his name is Chris. (Sorry not sorry Chris, do better) When I got to the dealership I looked at chris and asked about the phone call, and why there was no voicemail left. I was told there were "problems" with the phones. Which may be true, I can't verify. All I know is I had zero problems when I called back. And only 1 failed attempt at calling my number. He sent me over to the cashier and handed me my key, asked if I saw my vehicle outside on my way in and I told him no. He went and got the vehicle. He's probably the worst service "advisor" I've experienced there. I won't be bringing my vehicle back. Thanks. More
