Purchased vehicle less than a month ago , used , in shop and charged over $700 in filters and labor ! Bought a warranty at purchase , nothing covered. Get this: I arrived unannounced at just before 2:00 p.m., and drove away in my new vehicle before 5:00. YES I DID!! That's test-driving, price negotiating, and financing completed in under 3 hrs. I know, ..... hard to believe. But this DID HAPPEN!! This Entire Team is Keenly aware of what we've all come to Dread about car shopping, and are setting a new Example of what "this experience" should feel like.
