Probably my fault but I bought a car sight unseen because of the info on Car Guru - the car was nothing like the info that the dealer provided to Car Guru except for the make and model. It was far from excellent shape, had a dent in the back bumper and a pretty bad scrape on the passenger side. Does not have leather interior and one of the knob covers on the radio is missing, the back of the rear seats looked like someone took a knife and slashed them (the dealer did fix that). So like I said buyer beware!! All in all I think I paid about $2000.00 too much for this car. More
Terrible customer service Negotiated to purchase a used F-250 King Ranch they had advertised on Cars.com. Had printed copy of price & advertisement. They refused to honor that price advertised and then insulted me with an offer $7,000 below the value on my trade in. They had just offered me $12,000 for my trade earlier. Had NADA certification. Had to argue with Sales Manger to just get my keys and insurance card back when I attempted to leave. After leaving I discovered they still had my drivers license. When contacting them, they said they had not lost it even though they were the last people to have it in their possession. When pushed harder, they refused to admit any fault and did not even offer an apology. That is the worst customer experience I have ever had. My family has done business with them in the past but never, never, never again. I will make sure anyone I talk to hears about this experience. Be aware! Be very aware!!! PS I am inconvenienced to have to get a replacement license and they did not even apologize for that. Make sure you get all your documents back when you give them to the sales person. More

Ripoff I took my vehicle in for repairs and later that day Bob Howard GMC called and said my vehicle was ready. I asked if everything was working and what it took to get the problem fixed. They told me everything they did and everything was now working properly. My wife followed me home and noticed m taillights, blinkers, and brake light was not working at all. We called the service center number and were told we would be contacted. We were never contacted by anyone from Bob Howard like promised. My recommendation is to never use them for repairs, they are not reliable and they don't keep their word when they claim they will call back. I will not use them again and will have to cut my losses, I don't expect a refund or a repair. I don't even expect them to call now. They got my money that is all they wanted. This was my experience hopefully yours was or will be better. You can take your chances. More

They take good care of me and my truck (aka my baby girl) They inform me of additional services my vehicle may need but they do not pressure me. They send me coupons which always help make it more affordable to have the services done at my convience. I always leave BHGMC SERVICE DEPT. feeling safe and secure on the road knowing they have taken good care of my baby girl (truck). Larry Palin, the service director, is a good guy. I brought Larry a car that I was thinking of buying from another place to check out, mechanically. I couldn't believe it when Larry said, "No charge!" I brought Larry a car that I was thinking of buying from another place to check out, mechanically. He knew he wouldn't be paid and helped me for about 30 minutes, anyway. Who does that? Thanks, Larry! More

Worst dealership I've been to by far!! Bad people I purchased a 2013 Chevrolet truck in February and they talked me into buying a warranty for around $3,400. Three days later I was looking at all the paperwork and they charged $6,119 for that warranty. I immediately called and tried all day to get ahold of the finance guy I was going through. Finally at the end of the day I get in contact with him, and he asked a few question and told me I'd have to fill out a cancellation form, so I had him email it too me. After looking at the form and filling out my part it needed his signature and store number and a few other things that he should have filled out before being sent to me. So I try calling them for 2 days to get in contact with him, nothing! Ended up driving over and hour and just showing up at his office to get his signature and all the info. He then made and copy and gave me the original. 4 weeks later I call the warranty company and they tell me the statement has been mailed to bob Howard. So I called the bank and the check hasn't been sent to them yet. Been trying for 4 days now to get in touch with anyone who can answer my question or tell me what the deal is. The finance guy said well sir I don't have a copy of the cancellation form. (Which I've see on a few previous reviews that this exact thing has happened before where they claim they don't have a copy). In 4 days leaving over 10 messages and talking to multiple people that tell me they don't handle anything that deals with that, I've yet to get a call back or a person who does deal with it. On the warranty paper it states if I cancel in the first 30 days it's 100% money back guarantee! I'm only asking for what's rightfully mine. And I watched the copy of my contract be printed off so I'm not playing that BS game of starting all over BC it's after my 30 day mark. Everybody in this place is a bunch of crooks. I will never buy anything from here ever again or send any family or friends here to do business. Crooks!! Was also lied too about my interest rate! Won't even start in on that rant. More
