Mr. Palin advised of maybe the brakes, quite normal but, took out his time to test drive the vehicle with other techs. I'm very happy there were no issues after it was explain to me in terms I've understood and told me to let them know if I hear where the problem may be and to bring it back in. Bad service You would think that since they were nice to you when you are buying that they will be nice till the end. Well think again.
