My wife had her 2020 RDX serviced today, an oil change and tire rotation. We were told it was ready to be picked up, so my wife went back to the dealership and paid. As she was getting ready to leave, her and tire rotation. We were told it was ready to be picked up, so my wife went back to the dealership and paid. As she was getting ready to leave, her service advisor told her he needed to check her windshield wiper fluid. He was looking under the hood and announced that the engine oil was low. The service advisor went into the maintenance area and returned with a female technician, who brought oil to add to the vehicle. The technician informed my wife that the oil cap had been left off, but that she was now good to go. This is unbelievable to say the least. I have seen the quality of service decreasing at this dealership over the last year and a half. I have posted other reviews on Google reviews as well. I’ve almost had it and am going to start looking for a new place to have my Acuras serviced. More
