Not Happy I was traveling from out of town when my rv broke down in Morton. I had to spend even more money to have it towed somewhere else. Not pleased at all. More

This situation could not be fixed in terms of repair due to the condition of the vehicle because of manufacturer defect. JD was helpful and expedient. Definitely would recommend him. The dealership manager (Chuck) had to get involved and made our experience of selling them our Cobalt EXTREMELY fair easy and fast. He was wonderful and very professional as well as helpful. We brought our truck in later to trade for a different vehicle. Again Chuck was very helpful in getting us started. He handed us over to one of his sales associates Lucy. She was friendly at first but clearly annoyed that she had to wait on us. We were trading in a 3k truck for a swap to be nearly the same price. So we assumed that she was treating us this way because of her bottom line commission. It was also New Years Eve. They closed at 4 but online it said 6. She reluctantly showed us 3 vehicles. She honestly had a smirk while waiting on us that made us feel like she assumed we were "poor"or beneath her. When we returned with the third impaired vehicle after having to wait to be jump started at 550 her and the business manager were standing and waiting talking and grinning as we pulled in. (She called us while we were stranded and didn't seem concerned with our safety only when we would return). We came in and she informed us that they had closed and there may not be anyone to do our paperwork. She then informed us they closed at 4. Again we waited 45-60 min for a jumpstart in their vehicle. Then the only other woman there in her cell phone across the lobby said VERY LOUDKY "ya I already cancelled my dinner plans". Guess we were holding her up too. We apologized and Lucy said she didn't have plans but they did. She smirked a couple more times and sent us to the business manager who was nice and professional but obviously irritated as well. So we left with our paid in cash/trade vehicle glad we could still have no car payment. But disappointed that we were assumed "low class" to people that didn't want our business. Thank you Chuck for being so helpful and not judging a book by its cover. We just don't like debt. Sorry we were an inconvenience to your staff. More
