Sitting at other dealerships for hours and could not get any figures in print, I would just be shown a few vehicles that they were willing to sell to me. From the moment I first called, the entire team at Bob Grimm Chevrolet were "on the ball". I called about an hour before they closed on a Saturday just to inquire about a vehicle, within a few moments I was making the 45 minute drive to Grimm. On my way up I received a call from one of the personnel letting me know who would be my salesman and the vehicle would be prepped and ready for when I arrived. After Grey listened to what my needs were, he had a short meeting with finance and returned with figures, IN PRINT, and they were perfectly well within what I asked for. The truck already had a great price on it, and I was very happy with the financing, there was no need to get nitty-gritty. Within 2 hours of the initial phone call (yes they ALL stayed late on a Saturday to help me) I was on my way home, happy with my purchase, happy with how my wife and I were treated, happy that Grimm has such a great team to work with. More

Not Happy I was traveling from out of town when my rv broke down in Morton. I called to see if they could work on it and was told they could. $300 tow bill lat I was traveling from out of town when my rv broke down in Morton.
