Low quality dealer! I bought a used chevy truck from Grimm. Half way home the radiator blew. I eventually made it home. Jon rickets,the sales person contacted me the next I bought a used chevy truck from Grimm. Half way home the radiator blew. I eventually made it home. Jon rickets,the sales person contacted me the next day to find out how I was doing with the truck.we discussed the problem and I asked that the least he could do is let me buy a radiator for their cost,which would cost them zero,and he agreed and said he would call me back. I haven't heard from him again. Now that's a dealership that really cares about their customers. Needless to say,I won't do business there again. But I will be sure and tell all I see about my lousy experience at Bob Grimm in Morton. More
