I would buy from Jon again! I bought a new Silverado Z71 from Bob Grimm and had a great experience. I shopped around for weeks seeing what a good price would be, got several writ I bought a new Silverado Z71 from Bob Grimm and had a great experience. I shopped around for weeks seeing what a good price would be, got several written offers from other dealers, checked the usual sites like true car, NADA, auto trader, cars.com, etc so I had a very good idea of a good deal when I see one. I saw a truck I was interested in on auto trader and with them being local I thought I would at least stop in and have a look. Bob Grimm is not one of those dealerships that the minute you turn into their lot salesmen start swarming you like bees. - very relaxed atmosphere. I was looking at the truck a good 20 minutes before I decided to go in and talk numbers. I was introduced to Jon Ricketts who has been in the car sales business a long time and was very relaxed and not pushy at all. He offered a fair deal right off the bat and got me special pricing due to my job where I asked about it at other dealers and they claimed I didn't qualify. (DO NOT GO TO ANY UFTRING). He has called several times after the sale to check up and see how I was liking it and if I have any questions about features on the vehicle. I also got a letter in the mail from him as well thanking me for his business with two business cards enclosed and if I have any issues or questions to call email or stop by. I did mention to him I used the windshield washer only about 3 times using the normal amount and one morning the truck said low washer fluid. He said it shouldn't have run out that quick so it may have been overlooked during dealer prep but he said come on out and we will fill it up. They did and met the service manager who was just as polite and helpful! Cant recommend Jon and the people at Bob Grimm enough! More

After talking to us for a spell he lined up what we are driving today, it was exactly what we where looking for, even tho he didn't get the final sale. While the gf did all the paperwork Erick and I went to a 2017 Chevy Corvette Sting Ray, and a 2017 Chevy Camaro 50th anniversary RS, both I can't afford, but had a great time shopping and dreaming.
