Bob Gillingham Ford is on Brookpark Road, just off of the Ridge Road exit on 480. It's pretty easy to get to if you're on the West Side of Cleveland, but it's really worth the trip for people from anywhere i Ridge Road exit on 480. I didn't feel pressured at all. Other people I've talked to who shopped there said the same thing. Bob's a nice guy, too. He was in both times I visited. There's a good, family-like atmosphere going on. I was in the market for a new Ford Focus, and they had several models to choose from, right there on the lot.
